The key part of any management role is to be able to juggle a full staff contingent while performing all your expected duties and tasks on a timely basis. Communication with Head Office in terms of training, marketing campaigns, follow ups, complaints handling, POS system updates and finance recording are essential parts of each day.

CSI and Community involvement play a huge part of what we do as a brand and you will need to lead your staff teams in all endeavours to ensure we are active members in our communities and working with the underprivileged. The ability to Champion marketing campaigns and be very much a key player in the execution, briefing and staff motivation for each one.

Skills required for all senior staff members:

• Admin focus in terms of back end stock control and food cost monitoring
• Ability to lead all staff in a positive manner with good communication and motivation while never forgetting the customer is number 1
• Experience required: Min 3 years’ hospitality experience·
• Valid Driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
• Scheduling of shifts for team members
• Managing cash flows and cash up’s
• Reliable and can work well under pressure
• Willing to work shifts
• Strong ability to perform food safety and health checks
• Experience in ordering of stock and stock take
• Customer service skills are essential
• Ability to stay on trend in a fast paced industry
• Team leader
• Work as a champion in executing marketing campaigns at store level
• A passion for food and an understanding of the restaurant business
• The ability to challenge oneself daily to accomplish new goals and make the brand better than it was the day before
• Appreciate the unique differences in our brand and why we are set apart from the rest

General Manager

Minimum requirements for the position:

• Minimum 5 years in a senior restaurant management position
• Customer focused
• Strong BOH experience as well as FOH
• Strong Leadership skills
• Ability to execute projects effectively and efficiently
• Team player
• Results orientated
• Good communication skills with staff, customers and team
• Passionate about the food Industry
• Passionate about training and development
• Actively involved in all areas of the restaurant
• Reliable and dedicated as well as be able to work under pressure
• Ability to manage all financial aspects of the restaurant
• Accurately report on business environment
• Great communication and problem solving skills
• Trustworthy and honest

Assistant General Manager

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3 yrs experience in a management position

• Ability to plan and execute projects
• Results orientated

• Ability to manage all financial aspects of the restaurant
• Accurately report on business environment
• Strong in both FOH & BOH
• Team player and prepared to get your hands dirty

Senior Front of House Manager

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3 yrs experience in a management position
• Customer focused
• Focused on guest service which include compliments and complaints
• Ability to manage small teams
• Ability to plan and execute projects
• Results orientated
• Passionate about the Industry
• Passionate about training and development
• Accurately report on campaign events
• Needs strength as the link between FOH and BOH
• Focused on championing certain areas of the business environment
• Team player and prepared to get your hands dirty
