Rump Skewer, Teriyaki, Peppers, Baby Spinach, Noodles, Corriander and so much more!


 

Ingredients

1 Rump Skewer
2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
10g Oil
Pinch Garlic – CRUSHED
Pinch Ginger – GRATED
15g Red Pepper – JULIENNE
15g Green Pepper – JULIENNE
30g Baby Corn – HALVED
50g Bok Choy – CUT IN HALF LENGTHWAYS
10g Baby Spinach – WASHED
120g Egg Noodles – SOAKED IN HOT WATER
1 Lemon – WEDGE
3g Coriander – WASHED & PICKED
Pinch Sesame Seeds -TOASTED

Method

  1. + Grill the rump skewer with half the teriyaki sauce.
  2. + Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and the ginger.
  3. + Add the peppers and baby corn and toss together.
  4. + Toss in the egg noodles and the rest of the teriyaki sauce.
  5. + Place the noodles into the bowl.
  6. + Top with the skewer.
  7. + Garnish with the lemon wedge, coriander and the seeds.
